Flying Away With My Dress

Dress: New Look
Cardigan: G2blu

A lot of bird prints are showing up from the designer's spring collection from Karen Walker to Miu Miu to Zara and Miss Selfridge.

Above is New Look's version of the bird print dress.

Sorry for the low picture quality, took these with my iPhone. If you wanna see a better quality image, visit New Look's website.

My Recent Bag Purchases

Some of the bags I purchased from my recent trip:

Coach Horse Carriage Print Convertible Bag

Dooney & Burke Wave Juliette Bag

Kate Spade Thompson Street Baby Bag / Diaper Bag

Nope, I am not pregnant. The last one is for my sister. I actually liked it before I even knew it was a baby bag. So I am loving the fact that even after she gives birth (she's due this week!), she can still use it as an everyday big bag.

As I was searching online for photos of my bags, I found some really cute ones. I'll post about them later.

Christian Louboutin Cate Chain Biker Boot

I've always been partial to flat boots. I'm loving this one for its simplicity with a little rock factor with the chain. It's leather with a soft pointed toe, thick heel and signature red leather sole.

The brown one is not bad also.

On a side note: Christian Louboutin needs to revamp his website. Seriously.

Jeffrey Campbell's Studded Wedge

I first saw this shoe being worn by one of the users of Lookbook.nu. It was so eye-catching and memorable that I still remember it even days after it was posted. I personally love it in grey.

Melissa Honeycomb Boots by The Frye Company

Once again I bemoan the fact that I live so near the equator. That fact is hindering my love for all kinds of boots (or protecting my money?). But that's just me. It's not stopping other people from wearing knee-highs in this 38C degree weather.

Now, on to the reason of this post:

Isn't that just lovely? The color is perfect and with the studded detail, who would not fall in love with those boots?

According to their website:
We’ve taken the traditional look and feel of the typical riding boot but given it a fabulous funky revamp with some incredible honeycomb studding on an interesting leather strapping detail. If you want a great, versatile riding boot, with a hip cool urban edge, this is the boot for you! Timeless, yet fashion forward, you’ll be reaching for it time and again knowing that it’s going to get plenty of attention. This boot will remain at the front of your closet…with handcrafted top-notch leather and quality second to none, why even bother to put them away!

Retails at $398. Somebody gift it to me please? I promise I'll wear them! Wishful thinking strikes again.
