I was supposed to meet a friend for a jog but we got rained in. Boo! Since I had no choice but to stay in, I decided to shoot some things around the house which ended up to be some of my favorite accessories.

I don't buy a lot of accessories but what I do have I absolutely love. The ones above I got from a shop in the Philippines called The Bead Shop -- leather bracelets with words engraved on metal plates and a turquoise bead bracelet with a money tree charm (whatever helps!). Cross Connector Ring - In Gold

This gorgeous piece of jewelry is from Seventh Door. I got their original Silver Cross Connector Ring a few months ago which I blogged about here and here. Now they've come out with a gold version!

It comes in solid yellow bronze and from my experience with the silver version, it's very durable and does not tarnish as promised. You can visit the Seventh Door website for more information (or to order) here. It retails at USD68.00 and comes in 4 sizes. And in case you're wondering, the silver version is still available. Now tell me, do I "need" the gold version as well?

A Seventh Door exclusive: Silver Cross Connector Ring

I already talked about this ring in a previous blog post here. But just to recap, according to their site:

Silver Cross Connector Ring

I've always wanted a cross connector ring ever since I saw it online from Forever21 but I think it got so popular that it never arrived in Singapore (unless I missed it then boo for me!).

Now here comes Seventh Door with their own (and better?) version of the ring. It looks gorgeous! Retails at US$68. According to their site:

I would love one but don't know if I wanna spend that much for a ring. F21, please do another batch of your cross connector ring!

UPDATE: Order submitted. Order being shipped. I caved and got Seventh Door's Silver Cross Connector Ring.

I figured with how much some people are selling the F21 version on eBay plus international shipping charges, buying the Seventh Door version made more sense. And the fact that this one is made of white bronze and won't fade or tarnish just sealed the deal for me. I can't wait to get it!
