Pajama Pants and Trousers

I'm currently loving loose-fit trousers and pajama pants, especially printed ones (as evidenced by my recent posts in Instagram, oops!) The heat in this tropical island makes it almost unbearable for me to go around the city in cotton trousers and denim jeans. Pajama pants and silk loose-fit trousers are the perfect solution! They're breezy and very comfortable to wear. :-)

Skirt Season

All these lovely skirts in stores this season may be slowly easing me off my dress-buying phase. Loving all the pleats, tulle, frills and the pretty prints on skirts of all lengths.

Although I got myself the Asos black pleated maxi, I still want to check out the Mango or Zara version of pleated skirts. Funny that I haven't seen them in stores here since they seem to be 'available' on their site -- not that the Mango Singapore site has an online shop, they don't.

Dropped by Zara earlier to pick up my Ash Grey Fine Knit Skirt and ended up trying on the blue polka dot Drape Neck Dress for fun. Much to my surprise it actually fit great and was very easy to slip on considering it didn't have any zippers or real buttons. Now debating whether or not to go back for it and while I was doing that, I came across these cute dresses and bags on their site. Oh, I will be on a lookout for that varsity bomber jacket. I want.

Zara wants me penniless. *sigh*

Zara Casual 2010 Fall Lookbook Favorites

Zara is one of my favorite stores. They always have something that catches my eye and usually at a reasonable price. Here are some looks I love from their 2010 Fall Lookbook:

Look 1: Love the white button down blouse with the bowtie ribbon

Look 2: The cardigan has a really cool print. And the shoes!

Look 3: This outfit is so cute. Loving the color of the jacket and the button down blouse

Look 4: Entire outfit from scarf to shoes = I want!

Look 5: The beanie, the jacket and the PS1 inspired, vintage-looking bag.

Look 6: The sporty look of the jacket plus the lady-like ruffle and lace of the skirt.

What I'm Eyeing In Zara

What I am or was eyeing on Zara: cat print dress, brown & white dress, lace waistcoat and tan wooden mules.

I say "was" because for the cat print dress, I so wanted to get it but it didn't come in my size anymore and all branches don't have my size available or this style is no longer in stock at all. Boohoo! The mules I saw but to pricey, have to think that one over. The brown dress, still iffy about. The lace waistcoat, I saw online and will have to see how it looks "offline".
